Lvl 16 Rogue Build

Can someone please tell me a good build for a lvl 16 rogue? I was thinking

"Dodge" is useless in pvp..all you're going to dodge is normal hits once in a while. Razor is, IMO, an awful skill in pvp - long cooldown, minimal damage, and awkward in combos, again because of long cooldown.

Nox helps you fire quick fast combos and deal a nice damage over time to enemies.

So maybe something like this:

5/5 AS
2/5 SP (Lifesteal)
3/5 CM (Extra and efficient packs)
1/5 NOX
3/5 DEX passive

I'm pretty sure you can fit 3 dex passives in a 16..if not put it somewhere else.

when i was 16 on verzy u could have 4/5 dex passive,
dont remember build at all though.
take out 1 in SP, put in passive dex

I like lifesteal upgrade because it helps with your survivability. I don't have 5/5 packs on that build so lifesteal may help.try what you like though.
