i have to disagree. i ran it 13 times yesterday got a portal 10 times.

no udidnt lmao .. every 1 can lie abou their luck 18 of u were on today in guild and trying to get portal in ss after an hour we didnt find anything now look at it this way 18 divided by 5 is 3 groups full and NO PORTALS something definetly changed

They changed the rate im sure, ive been doing ss for days and provided loads of portals for my guild. Last night I came up empty after tying for more then an hour.
