Yes, the free entry to goblin's lair that comes with the enter the lair quest would allow players to go in and kill the goblin, then delete the quest and get it again for limitless entries to fight the goblin.

question. is this going to change the fact that if my friend or I myself buy a 5 plat portal to Tarlok. And my friend joins is it going to cost 5 platinum ? because as it was now it cost 5 for whoever bought the portal and 1 to join.

Definitely no changes were included in how portals spawn or their rates, so just bad luck in your hunting. Sorry

Same problem. Literally 7 hours on SS and not one portal today. I guess the game wants me to stop playing. Ok, game. You win. I quit.
