Looking for a good Warrior level 30 shield

Looking for a good level 30 warrior shield, perfably has 1 h/s
Requirements, must be orange or higher,
Must have 15 armor
Must be decent

I have done several trades successfully, I am LODD,LODDD,LODDDD (add the latter as that is my main char)
I have never scammed anyone, if you want proof of me as an honest trader, add lambchops, blk,ieatbees,nyk, and several more that I forgot.

I have several blues such as a dreamer's ice staff which has 2 m/s and I think 2-3h/s and 5 int, very nice staff for a mage who wants a bit of survivabilty, I have a blue battle axe of the bear that is for level 27, has alot of mods such as high % dodge, str, crit and more. I also have some low tier blue items that I will let go for cheap, such as the arnold series of weapons.

I am in the first world, that is more populated (forgot off the top of my head)

What are the stats of the Dreamers Ice Staff?
