Hello im looking to buy some platinum to buy more dungeons but I'm getting an replacement phone tuesday..if I bought the dungeons now would I be able to play them on the new phone or have to buy them again?

Platinum and campaign access are tied to the Pocket Legends account (email address) you use to log in, not any particular device - so as long as you're using the same account on the new device you'll still have them.
