I'd say it depends on your play style.
Only those who risk going past the edge will find out how far they can go.

    reduction.
coz u need to charge for invulnerablellility.
reduction will always be in effect when using shield.

It depends on your purpose. In PvP against a rogue you would be better off with the 2 seconds as you would avoid one entire shot from the rogue and would have a chance to stun the rogue first. But in PvE or against a warrior, the 15% reduction would be better.

I prefer invurnablity cuz when the boss spawns a attack(red zone) as you cast your shield you wont take a single damage I use it for thorbolt when he uses his long ranged attack I die immediatly even I use 15% reduction shield but not in 2sec invurnablity

    Reduction.
What's the main reason you're using Arcane Shield?
    Reduce incoming damage..

Since shield has to be up first in order to avoid being one shotted buy rogues, I find that rogues will just wait out the first two seconds if they see the shield go up. Reduction works better for me here.

Vs. Mages and Warriors I will usually wait until I put the shield up which makes full use of the free 2 secs. Invulnerability and Reduction required.

Personally I run with both and feel that losing one point in a passive is worth the stronger shield, both for PvP and PvE.

if you are lvl36 chose shield points (4/5) dont add the "knocking away" point but for twinks use the damage reduction .
