vengeful blood for pve

Is vengeful useful for pve? I maxed it. I want to change it for chest splitter. Is it good? Pro wars please say your opinion

PvE is broad word. In elite I dont recommad vb - cs way better. For normal farming vb is good. Cs cost lots of mana also. U only need 2/5 in cs (feeble effect)

I know is use it a lot. But in hard elites i don't see anything good in that when compared to chest splitter

I must admit that I play my tank rarely currently but I remember I dropped CS because it somehow did not interrupt the winded attacks as I expected. I use Sky, WM, HoR and Jugger currently and my parties seem to be relatively happy although I wear best Tarlok and Blade Assault only.

So strength, crit, damage, health, and a mana restock doesnt seem good for elite? Albeit mana use pots but to up all that mix it with ribbit and no aggro or damage problems. Ive heard of more warrios swappin it out for elite but seems like a major loss to me.

If you want to use cs in elite keep note on few points -
Party member should be experienced
Know how lure enemies on all pull so ur cs hit max possible enemies - For luring u might also need help of ur pt members. Exa - mages shouldnt use clock, ice or charged fire ball untill all enemy is lured, rogues with trap in pt.
Cs dont interrupt many spell but it keep feeble enemy - which is more important.
Cs have high mana cost and low cd so it will drain ur mana pool very fast.
Cs taunt enemy for very short time - so u need to keep pulsing with cs.
On boss fight cs really shines - boss stick with u like glue.

For elite jug, cs hor, wm and at ; Passive -str, arm is best build.
