Could a l15-18 Bear utilize a l15 Pink Paw effectively? I bought one for a l17 Mage but I prefer bear at this level. If so, what would the build, combo, and gear setups be? Thanks

To your question if it can be used effectively, I'm sure it can. I've seen l20 bears with a paw before and that's pretty close to 15 and 17.
Programmed-Level 85 mage, Praktica-Level 85 rhino
18 bear. paw. Artisans. Sniper helm its a bird plat pack i think with 5% hit an 2% Crit. Crit+damage ring. Good shield with hit % .
6 rage. 6 hs. 3 stomp. 2 sms. & 6 rage. 6 hs. 3 stomp. 1 ib.

Hell scream, stomp, sms. As soon as scream regens use it again. Never let it sit.
To beat 18+ bears? simply cast scream before they can.
Rhinos? Scream as soon as they hit charge an in midair, sms, than stomp, if the aren't stunned (if stunned their dead) they will heal, as soon as they heal, do your combo an try to nuke. Should knockem dead.
Mages? They kite nowadays since sts ruined low level pvp, simply stay close an make sure scream hits, an sms than stomp.You want a stun for sure.
foxs? Should run through easily, just make sure scream hits to avoid getting nuked.
Birds? Rare but popping up more everyday, their hammer birds an hit hard so scream.

Oh an if your rich, assuming you are, im not. Rofl. On rhinos you want to nuke. So wear experts, Crit helm. Need about 18+ Crit to just outright crit them to death. Most rhinos nowadays are just noobs trying to take advantage of a op low level class an hammer.
imho fb works better at 18 bc of its hit debuff

If you want a fbow i can always trade you a Level 10 Forgotten Bow for your paw. My 76,71,61,56 got deleted by my little brother. So im poor an left with twinks rofl.

I highly encourage the lvl 10 bird 4 piece talon an wing. With it all equipped should have 104-106% hit an with artisans on in place of sniper chest should be 108-110%.

Ehhhh. I wanna say experts. But its less effective against other scream bears. I say go with experts unless your gonna join games higher than your level.
