Most people join the lowest level game possible. 13 games are full of 16-18 with the occasional pro 12

20 rhinos dont join level 24 games. 20 rhinos join 18- if available. A 56 bear will join 51 games if available. A 61 will join 56 games if available. A 22 bear will join 18 games. Easier people, easier kills. So if he joins a 13 game i bet gold cap theres a good bit of people his level there. I dont mean offensively but do you get what were trying to get across bro? Haha

In my opinion I'd say using artisan is better. I have a 18 bear myself and I use artisan only. With talons and fbow and xbow. Hit% is key to 18 bear fights and just tankier since you don't have ib and in case you miss hs

Artisans is better for bears, an i told him that. Haha, but experts will help kill other classes easier.

I actually just use arty for everything on 18 bear
And I kill 20plat pack rhinos with arty + fbow as well

Paw bear good for 18 because sometimes it can proc, and the proc + hs gives the "Terror" combo, i believe. However, there is no way to tell whether the proc is activated or not except by noticing a huge spike in damage. Also, terror can be healed off, I think, so it's useless vs. Rhinos. I would use fbow over paw every time.
On 15 bear it is not viable. The speed of the weapon is too slow now, and you can't rely on crit to overcome that anymore. I do recall there was a 17 bear "bootyclaps" who combined paw with founder, and it was pretty good. However that was before the crit nerf.
