Can anyone Tell me Where can i drop Void Star pedant of Riposte or Night Ocean Ripple of Warfare? I know buying in auction but i want drop it im maps or have i open chests to get this? if yes wich chest i have to open.

+1, they both come from locked crates, and yes, they are very cheap for the most part. save your plat, just buy it from ah. but if you DO want to spend plat, the odds are pretty good you'll get one.. they are considered junk rares for the most part, despite some of them actually being decent.
