What set of circumstances that led up to that trade happening, we don't know.

The bottom line is that we won't give those daggers back. Sorry. We are very concerned about policies that could lead to the duplication of such items and in turn lead to an erosion of the game economy. That's why we don't give such items back under such circumstances.

It's a simple act to reverse the trade bec it's clear that the owner never meant to sent it out or had no whatsoever intentions and may possibly not even him.. Which I know you guys are clear of but I do understand that you're sticking to your policies.. But it's an easy fix that there won't be any duplication.. Meaning deleting one from that character (who te daggers were traded to) then moving it back to smurfs. I don't see no attempt of duplication there and you guys know he wasn't trying to duplicate.. Your argument of "we don't know his intentions a" I don't think is a strong enough argument. On another thought...Let's say he attempted duplication.. Either way he isn't gonna win (he didn't attempt that) because ur simply bringing his daggers back from the person who possibly hacked him.. Focus on that.. Your example given isn't the same situation here.

If we do it for Smurfo, then we have to do it for everyone. We don't arbitrate trade disputes as per our posted policy. If Smurfo didn't want to trade his items, then he shouldn't have traded them. Consistency is very important to us and our customers have regularly reminded us that consistency is important to them.

thank you sam for your and stg's assistance in smurfs incident. you have your policies that are probably similar to many mmorgp games out in the world today. I can only imagine how many support tickets you get like smurf's. and I know most of them are just trying to scam stg. thank you for holding true to your polices and a special thank you for taking a deep 2nd look into smurf's support. I wish things could be different, but the internet isnt secure for anyone.

No stg has been pretty good on hackers and cheats ( preferred to other games ) but this is really unfortunate that one of are respected players had gear taken / traded/ for some reason that we will probably never know...Me as a AL player has felt safe but now makes me worry and hope to god this don't happen to me maybe as a guild we can find a way to raise gold for new daggers for smurfina.. ( but it's still an issue )

this is all much appreciated, but I still feel there is a gap in the process and not to spam the Guild thread anymore on this topic, I have opened a thread with my process improvement suggestion in Suggestions forum. Feel free to post your feedback there, as I spent some time to think over what Sam said about real money trade thingie and I now understand where his concern is. I believe I have created a process that would address this gap, but I might be overlooking something, so all the feedback/ideas will be much appreciated.

I just wanted to notify those offline that I left DM, to join a pvp guild. I still have an alt in the guild, and like always I won't change. I have had a wonderful time in DM, learning a lot, pvping tons and making good friends. Thanks for the support everyone, shoutouts to Aze, Ink, Aziiii, Pando, Mitno, Blak, Slap, Sourc, Bob, Hali and Razey for their help & the whole guild overall for your support!
