PVE tips for mages


Builds


Elite: Fire 1.2.3, ice 2.3, lightning 1.3, timeshift 1.2.3.4; passives: int, dex, str, dmg: 5/5
explanation: lightning aoe rarely happens on elite maps, timeshift better full for maximum aoe damage.

Km3: Fire 1.2.3, lightning 1.2.3, timeshift 1.3.4, gale 1.3; passives: int, dex, dmg, crit: 5/5
explanation: lightning aoe very likely here; timeshift time bomb unnecessary, mobs mostly die before your clock can explode.


You can farm km3 with elite build too. The km3 build on elite maps is less effective.


Sorcerer Arcane Shield: on elite build, passive str is strongly recommended, but you can replace lightning with shield if you feel still squishy and your hp is below 3000.
Your job as a sorcerer to deal aoe damage and you can do this better if you arent dead, rogues job to kill bosses.

Lifegiver: this is the most useless skill in pve, you can buy pots by liquidating items in your inventory or doing some daily quest. Lifegiver just slows down your party.

Using lifegiver AND arcane shield in pve - like km3 - is more than insulting!!!

Lunar is really cheap

It is extremely highly recommended to not do elite shuyal until you can survive easily and do efficient methods for the maps. If you die every time you run into a mob, that is considered leeching. You need to use health and mana potion no exception. If you only have pink gear, it is HIGHYL recommended that you farm km3/jarl/easy elite until you can afford a few mythics.

many of you heard about my incident with my items gone missing (on my birthday as a coincidence). I just received a reply from STS which pretty much said I have made it up and I never owned daggers, fang or blood ruby. As this is obviously not the case, I requested further investigation on the incident. If I am not able to come to a mutual agreement with STS I will unfortunately have to do it the legal way. I have asked my company legal department which was nice enough to agree to help me out on this dispute, however, I will need your help as well. So Misfits, all of you that are willing to support me in this case please contact me either within game or here for further details.

friendly warning and advice

TRADE YOUR ITEMS TO YOUR OTHER TOONS MONTHLY AND BACK.
by the looks of it..sts seems to only have record of ur trading logs month to month and gets deleted (not sure.. but seems like it)
so from my understanding.. they "wont" know u had mythic weapons, amulet, rings if in a monthly basis u had no record of "losing or gaining" it via trade

just word of advice. since a member of us.. fully geared just randomly lost his tradeable gears. aka mythic daggs , amulet/ ring.(never gave his info out )around the updates week.
sts said they had no whatsoever had any record of him losing it or gaining it in a month.. or "ever" had a record he had one.. and claimed that
this player is claiming something he NEVER had.

DO NOT gift it to ur toon. do it VIA trade system
