And yes im raging because i saw some terrible and obnoxious players who have started in the last few months now have one when this is meant to be a reward to those outstanding in the community..

I thought it was a small give away so i thought it wasn't to bad.. But I just saw a couple of noobs have one! Literally! But yeah.. Still I'll still treat it as a gift and I thank sts for it..

Actually sort of yeah true, but then again, shows many liers there are out there, knowing on forums hearing about on game seeing suspicion people wearing it only makes them say WHERES MINE WHERES MINE I DID THIS THAT k here's your shield "who's next!?" It was a small give-away wasn't it...?
