I have same problems as u, I would farm countless hours and loot only a few locks, it's just luck, sometimes u farm many and sometimes u get nothing

luck is luck but this is a % and theys low the % of drop locked u don't remember 6 month ago? 30 mins = 6 locked.

So with your lep amulet you have a 15% chance of reroll. And the word reroll does not mean "I get something I want, yay!". No in fact it means something more like this, "I get another chance at something I want! Wooo!". Once you understand this you will be a happier gamer
