2/5 skysmash, need stun
2/5 chest, feeble or disorient
5/5 vengeful
3/5 horn renew, duration and shield
2/5 passive str
Try add as much passive str as u can, since each +5 str is huge improvement for a lv15 twink. But max passive is 4/5 for lv15 if I don't remember wrong.
