Two abilities -
Mana return from skyward smash is not recommended - but it also saves lots of pots during whole lvling. If you feeling to it just get it
Windmill snare is not much useful in PvE also

Rest just max it out.

Another thing, should I buy new items each level, 5 levels, etc?

What lvl are you now? Yes you can buy cheap items - dont go for best item. Just buy it which work for you and after few lvl sell it again with same price. Dont care about gemming etc during lvling. First item you should buy is mythic Lepre amulate - save gold for that(so be conservative).

I am lvl 20. I didn't play so much these days and for now I have 70k and I saw something for 1-2k which gives Int and dex.
You nick is the same?
