Negative Gold Count Mystery

I am having some interresting issue on my main bird character. It either started yesterday, or I just havent noticed before. The first video is from my first logging in on 10.1.2014.

After this, I thought it was just temporare bug, which has been solved. I have completed some CS sales and logged off. But when I logged in few hours later, look what I found out

I really dont know if this started to happen right yesterday, or I was loosing some amount of cash on this character by every new login, just didn't notice, because of pretty high amount of golds I mostly had in it's inventory, besides only few golds I left here on previous day. I believe in the first option but who knows.

I will email support, maybe they will fix this so I will let you know how it went. Now I'm just curious, have anyone experienced the same issue?

Really? Okay, it's our fault that we got a gift from StG. So now we can't even wear it? We didn't do anything wrong, if you're going to blame someone blame it on StG for releasing them. And yes, we do deserve it, because we had an unresolved case and they gave us a PL shield for our inconvenience.

So many players that did not deserve the shield :/ It's just a shield now if they wanted to give a reward because they couldn't resolve something, WHY could they have given something else like, a different vanity ? honestly maybe 100 plat? 500k gold?? seriously nnoooo it had to be a rare as shield from years ago, whats next, Guardian shield for Pocket legends birthday? >>

As for your case, email support. There have been times so I hear that they do NOT refund your gold, but then again, it might be fake. I have a small theory on how this happens, but if a developer could help clarify on how this happens so we don't do it, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, yea I sent them email. I don't really want my gold back, even if I lost more than I think. I more like want this issue no longer to occur to allow me use mi bird again. Now, im nearly affreid to check in my completed sales you know By the way, I am pretty curious about your theory you mentioned, would you mind to share it? maybe Ill find the source of my bug aswell.
