Message board for guild.

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before. But could we have a message/bulletin board for guild?

So the guild master and his/her officers can leave messages and announcements for the members.

If anyone has thoughts please feel free to add.

i would love this idea in general playing in my guild . because different time zones make some communication hard to get trough and i think this would help alot
