Stats help with fox

Hey, I need with something and I want you guys to speak up! Please.

Okay, so this my skill point build for my fox. I was wondering if this is a good PVE setup. Since I know foxes can't attack bunched up mobs, I want your guys' opinions! Is this a good set up? Should I modify it? How would/did you guys set your fox skill build? Did it work out?

Please guys, help me. I want a good PVE fox.
I just want to kill mobs faster than it should be even with x3 combo.
I am also deciding on how I should end my skills build with my dex and str.
All my characters are str and dex.
As of now it still stands as 160 dex and str.
I need good information so I don't have those ' leech ' looking stats.

Rabid bite: Useful for extra mobility, but damage increase per rank is low. Plus it's bugged when ranked 2+ (won't leap if your target isn't within 8m of you). I'd suggest you leave it at rank 1.
Vixen kick: High damage and extra mobility, good skill to max.
Poison needles: Best AOE skill foxes have. Max it.
Evasion & rage tonic: Buffs are always important, max them.
Fury: This skill is completely useless in PvE. However, if you're planning to do some casual PvP once in a while, rank it at 3.
Hamstring: Has nice debuffs and increases combo damage greatly, max it.
Poison dart: Decent damage, good filler skill.
Armor shredder: High damage and good debuff, good skill to max.
Fox howl: AOE damage is always nice, decent debuff. Max.
Bandage: Useless skill in PvE, just use potions.
Hypnotize: Weak skill in PvE, low damage. Stun and pull are nice, too bad they aren't AOE.

I'd go with this build: 9 evasion, 9 rage tonic, 9 hamstring, 9 armor shredder, 9 vixen kick, 9 poison needles, 9 poison dart, 9 fox howl, 2 hypnotize, 1 rabid bite.
157 str for savage set, rest in dex.

Just a little warning: this build won't be very effective in PvP.

Always upgarde buffs to 9 except fury
Put 1 into bandage if you want or put it into poison dart
Anyone knows if hypnotize is same like beckon bears at rank 9?

1 rabid bite
1 hypnotize
1bandage(if you don want put this to dart)
5 fury
4 poison dart
9 armor shredder
9 poison needles
9 vixen kick
9 rage tonic
9 evasion
9 fox howl
9 hamstring

Put 157 or 160(for crusher set if you want)the rest into dex
Use savage scythe set
Always use fury
