lv10 twink rogue build stats and skill set up

they said i have a low hp cos i put all stats point to dex. and what is the best set for skill? is it ok not to put passive?

If you can, put all (or at least half) your stat points in strength for your hp. Then use dex gear + dex gems or tarlok gems for your gear.

I put about 1/3 str into my rogue, but if you want that awesome 100 dps with bow, id put it into dex

14 str and all dex is the basic balance build, plus you must wear tarlok pot gear

im still thinking. i dont have hp pack and that is a wrong decision. but i can kill anyone if we put the rule of no heal
