Default What is the earliest you should dual-spec?

I have a level 32 Mage that I loved but I have a new goal and needed to make a fresh character. I am not level 3, 1032 kills, 0 deaths, and have 7 quests done in Forest Haven for now. For my two levels so far I used all 10 attribute points and placed them in INT. Should I just start trying to dual spec around 30 when I can equip Iceberg Equipment? Or should I start sooner?

you should just pick the stat you plan on being mostly on when dual and train up quickly to around lv 40... then you can use lv14-30ish equipment no sweat. the lower level good gear is, the more expensive it actually might tend to be. you could prob end up doing one of those wand/shield mages i see at 19...

you can start dual speccing at really low levels. You can dual spec all kinds of different level gears. I'd suggest just wait til you get to 50 because keeping up with it is a pain.
