Child's Play ap

I have been searching for the Child's Play ap for weeks. Do I need to have all the other aps finished in arena for this one to appear. I still need to finish Bloodhammer vortex also. Thx

Nope, but you have a better chance to loot a nexus than to find this guy.

I guess I was lucky. My first time ever in Arena, he appeared as the 3rd boss. Since then I've seen him two other times.
