It's more complicated than it sounds. But it skips credit cards so this should be profitable.

Even if someone has lousy (or no) credit, you can still open a bank account and get a debit card which can be used as a credit card. I don't really see any excuse these days for not having a credit card unless you are a kid, and if you you are a kid you can use your parents credit card, and if they won't let you then you probably don't have permission to make the purchase anyway.
