Lv12 twinking

Im thinking about creating a lv12 twink, but before i do, i wanna know...

1) whats best class in your opinion??

2) With that class, whats the best gear? Is it cheap enough for a 500k budget?

3) whats a good skill set for that class?

4) Any good guilds?

and finally 5) Do you have more guild wars in lv12 or is it get the +kdr and farm noobs (oh, another thing, are there noobs at this lv?).

12 is very highly geared players. You will never buy a twink set anymore for 500k with the release of tarlok gear, unless you'd like to bore yourself to death twinking less than lvl 10.
