Heads up, history!

Hello everyone! So I just had a really good idea recently. At least I hope I did. Many times I have asked myself about various things within Dark Legends. For example, awhile back I questioned what the symbol that shows up beneath our feet when we charge a skill was. At the time I wasn't sure if I had a problem with it or not, but anyways that's beside the point. Because I love history and learning interesting things about history, I've decided to start a monthly researching examination of various parts of the Dark Legends game! During the month I'll research one particular thing in game, whether it be an outfit, or a weapon, or whatever. Then, towards the beginning of each month, (probably somewhere in the first week. I won't commit to the first day because stuff can come up in real life and delay that) I'll release whatever information I've been able to dig up. I'll call it "Heads up, History!" Or "HuH" for short. (Clever, right? )

My hope is that you guys here on the forums will be able to enjoy the things that I find and have a better understanding of the game itself from my endeavor. Also, my hope is that perhaps this may raise some interest in the game itself from other parts of the forum. Wouldn't that be great?

My question for you guys now, and my main reason for writing this "introduction" thread in the first place, is to get y'all's opinion. Do y'all think this is a good idea? Do you think you'll enjoy it? Let me know!

I think it would be a fun read. And if you need a suggestion for one of your posts....may I suggest the Elvira outfit? It seems that a large percentage of people under a certain age have no idea who she is.

It took me awhile to realize that lots of stuff, be it symbols, clothes or names were references to events in past or based on (folklore) stories.
Almost everything in DL has a 'history' or different (2nd) meaning. So yes , I wld b interested in hearing more abt the 'secrets' of DL

And Phantomas, you're absolutely right! There are so many references in the game, I just had to dig some of them up and bring them to light. I still don't understand how such a clever game hasn't caught on big time. Oh, well...maybe this will help!

Oh, hahaha xD My bad! Well, I'll definitely look into it. I may postpone what I originally had for February to do this, or some other good starting one. If that makes sense. Like, do one that is real foundational at first, rather than just a random piece of DL. Anyways...thanks for the suggestion!
