yeah u can up it to 100% i think i remember sometime ago i see a rogue with 100% crit with procs + ribbit + dex, critc items. xD

Dam it's hard to get a screenie at the peak of your crit stack! I can get to 99.37%, but my stack falls off while I take a screen shot.
