the weird thing is I never cut the connection at home whenever I have internet.
try playing other Internet servers such as my girlfriend's house and entered it using wifi rather.

The same is happening to me, i changed char and my 2nd char cant login, authentication pass but not char screen. And i can select my 1st char, just logged in seconds before this.
Please fix this problem. Thanks.

Yep i have the same problem. I think the solution is off ur wifi and on it again i hope this helps u out
