Auction glitch

Darn it!! I don't know what happened this has never happened before it didn't give me my money when I collected an item any suggestions idk if this has happened to any experts before please help

How long was that item in AH?

If it's been in it for over 30 days it's vanished.

I put it in super cheap real price 50k and I put it in for 30k it sold in 10 minutes I collected look in my inventory and it didn't give me any money

Sometimes this has happened to me when I try to collect the gold from several sold items really fast. It pops up: "An error occurred during the transaction". Can't imagine why this would happen for a single transaction though.

Lol already tried that ehh whatever 30k does hurt to loose but I think I'll recover I won't be able to put food on the table but it's alright sniff sniff
