weapon proc and armor sets

Im wondering how people know what weapons have a chance to procure different things. Also armor bonuses. Void for example has shield. Do I need whiled to get bonus? Hard to know what is a set. Is there a guide around here that's still good for this info, thanks.

Most procs are gathered from PvP. Since they are the only way to actually tell what the proc is doing to the target.

So void shield.isn't part of a set then, needed for bonus? Wondering that because well, a bow or blaster then out of luck so good to know. A bit odd and confusing since it does say void.

Wish we could see.if the target has a debuff on them like party side bar but for enemy. Make groups a bit.more effective.if spells don't stack and could see if need to cast. And for me to see if my weapon does anything special.

Nope shield isn't part of the set.

The only set is Blaster Jacob Helm and Void Armour.
