Oh, and to mention... I play on a 100mb/s internet so I guess thats not the problem. It could be the router, but I don't think it is.
I bought a galaxy tab 3 and a few days later I returned it and replaced it with a nexus 7. The galaxy sucked with PL and just Internet games in general. But the nexus works great most of the time.

Still better than my Internet that averages around 7KB/s-30KB/s and can never have a steady connection. My speed always changes but never goes over 30KB/s even though the Internet provider says they give 1MB/s.

I play with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (the older one) and I never have any lag issues. Maybe the Tab 3 is just crap, idk.
I'd recommend the Tab 2 to anyone who wants a good, solid tablet. Had mine for a year and no problems, except you can't get the back off to access the battery very easily.

I have a Samsung tab 3 seven inch and the only time i get lag spikes is when i am leveling and lots of magic is happening also when its installing apps i get small lag spikes but never really huge ones
You should probably restart your tab or delete some unwanted apps / files.
I assume my spikes comes when there is much magic going on as well. Freezes for about 2-3 seconds. I've tested everything from delete most of my apps to using WiFi-optimizer, RAM-optimizer, Game Booster etc. Nothing seems to work
Yes this has been happing to me for the last months aswell. I didnt change mu device or anything but it just happend.
But didnt u have this lagg on ur ipad aswell? I got it on all my devices as I live in Europe and the servers are in Texas somewhere.
