Take a look at the weekly guild rankings by H2N (a developer) here in the forum. It is full of data about the top50-Guilds and it tells you a lot about those guilds. You should also include in your decision soft criteria like language, specialty and approach (most of those things you can find out about in the guild threads right here in this forum).
If you take a little time and study all these criterias you should be very well able to narrow the field of choices down to a handful. And then you should go and give 'em a try! If you dont like them, just leave and try the next one.
This way you surely will find the best guild for you

Just check the leaderboard.you will get ur answer.
In the LB is Epitome of Silentkill the #1 ,but every guild has their pros and cons

Eos is the best guild , no way, there re a lot of good guilds but no one like Eos, Eos n1 in pvp also in pve,dont doubt it, if u re a good player chose Eos.
If you are new to Arcane legends, then join a guild which helps you to understand the game and your character and which helps to get acheivements, teaches you to run elites or PvP etc and most important thing is a friendly environment
