Time bomb is low damage and most enemies escape it

Timeshift better full if have enough skill point.

the explosion upgrade is useless. dmg dealt is negligible in elites

I'd suggest you only keep the third and forth upgrades and use the points elsewhere.

If, although, you insist on spending them upgrading time shift more then you should go for the first upgrade --the real dodge chances on PvE mobs are very low but if correctly thrown the extra initial damage drop is noticeable.
