LOCKING items..solution to accidentally deleting items

STS , could you please incorporate a "lock item" function so when we go to clear out our inventory after Pve we don't accidentally delete hard earned rare items. And if you wanted to liquidate the locked item for a particular reason, all you have to do is "unlock" the item prior.

What I've done is move my Rare rares or non-Legendary+ items I want to keep to low level alts. The alts' inventories are more limited and are not used to run areas where I might have to mass liquidate. I only move the items back if I want to take a screenshot.

Place a gem in them, easy to see when cleaning inventory.......Vanities are a different story.
