LV 14 Mage PvP

Im about to start to PvP, so i want to know if im set. Im lv 14 and i have 109 DMG, 1080 Hp , and 1900 mana. My skills are fireball ice bolt lifegiver and shield

Get more health points because even my 10 has more than 1080.

But one con for level 14 twinking is that sometimes you would have to fight level 15's which have super gears like Tarlok.
