How's AL pvp?

Hmm, AL pvp :

1. Lot's of people farming their dummies to boost their kills (lame)
2. Lot's of people moved to twinks to get on leaderboard
3. Full of pet spam in pvp ( done by dismiss - summon pet - known issue by sts - still not fixed) : so you will be , when u will meet the spammers, a statue, than dead.
4. Macros used on skills - lame as people cant play fair... (known issue by sts also - still not fixed)

And much more...

BUT it's still fun if you don't meet these persons in PVP! Hard to get a fair game with no pet spam these days, but you still can find it! SO BE POSITIVE and don't let these persons stopping you to play the game, if you like it!

Don't bother with Leaderboard as cheaters with 20k kills-700 deaths at level 7 will take away the rightful spots. You might enjoy yourself not aiming for anything

Ya lol I played AL when it came out. I have a 15 warrior I was to lazy to cap to 16 cause I enjoyed my rogue to much I capped to 16 and 21 cap than I quit cause black smoke cap on pl came out lmao idk why I haven't come back but all these gem upgrades and stuff is confusing well not really lol I just want the best gear and cap.

Just so you know, Mike, it's not consider normal for one to have the best gear in AL, lol. In fact, a very few amount of people do.

Honestly, I think PL's PvP is more rigorous, you utilize 12 skills whereas in AL you use 4.

The hardest part of AL is probably acquiring max gear.

3/5 classes only use 10-11 skills at endgame, and even then:

Mage: (12 skills) Uses 3 buffs, a heal skill, a revive skill not used in 1v1's, but only CTF, 2 debuffs, and 5 actual damage skills. Int Mage is overall the hardest class to use.
Bird: (Most use 10 skills) 2 Buffs, one skill to get out of stuns, and 7 attacking skills. Bird is complex, but easier than int mage because of high dmg and dodge.
Bear: (11 Skills) 4 Buffs, (lol.) 6 attacking skills, and one debuff. 4 of the 6 attacks are basically slashes, not that hard to do.
Fox: (12 Skills) Fox has 3 buffs, 1 self-heal, and 8 attacking skills. It is sort of complicated, but fox is underpowered vs. savage pallies and bears, so its not rly of much use in 1v1, but magnificent in CTF.
Rhino: (11 Skills) 4 Buffs, 1 debuff, 2 healing skills, 1 revive, 3 damage skills. This class is op to some classes, and it is op in CTF for its tanking abilities, but not very complex. Buff and use 3 constant skills.

There's also:

You don't have to charge skills. This is a major one, it sort of makes or breaks the fight in some cases.
PL's "stuns" are just not being able to move, you can still attack.
No skill upgrades. Straight up.
Auto-aim. There is an auto-aim feature for PL, making it easier to attack and not miss many skills.
You can literally spam skills. PL's endgame is trash anymore, any class that wears savage can just buff, and spam ANY skill they want, without having any worries. There isn't that in AL PvP. AL's PvP may be unbalanced, but its honestly a hell of a lot better than PL's, and if you can say that PL has it better, please prove me wrong.

Every class in AL PvP uses the same 4 skills, they can be used in rapid succession. Rogues combo can be unleased in under 2 seconds.

I find myself one comboing everyone who is not decent or geared.

So yea, AL is basically pay to win.

The upgrades are meaningful, they increase % and amount of the buff/damage,

In PL you can't use all your skills in less than 3 seconds... And you can't one hit under geared people.. I kinda like one hitting people though, solid...

AL's PvP is easy for people who have arcanes/mythics, but for the rest - rough luck.

Well I guess this thread settles it lol. PL>AL however I don't understand why people have massively chosen AL over PL. I guess people just like "new". Anyways I choose not to spend a couple hundred dollars to press 4 skills over and over killing mass amount of people than die. I'll stick to PL where I remain supreme over everyone in pvp mwahahaha :P
