I wanna know, is this a pattern of the future? Next mythic pet=samael? If so, i save my gold and dont spend on a pet which could be bought for 250 plat.

If they make a MYTHIC pet that is better than samael. Expect a riot. Especially for the people who farmed hard for the money for sam.
Honestly STS might try to profit after every tiny thing but I don't think they'd do that. that'd be beyond silly

scorchs colour kindof bugs me so im not gonna pick him up. I'd love to know the Damage reduction on his shield though when hes capped.

edit: dev's can you confirm whether this stacks with mages shield/mythic daggers shield proc?

Yes but mage shield is only 30% or 45% damage reduction. So the real question is how much damage reduction does it do? 100% or something less.

Yes but you can alternate shields like warriors do with horn. We will see how the shield actually works but there is some potential for abusing this.

I think he means everyone using it one after another to twist it effectively. Then again the CD is pretty long.

Also people probably will start abusing the resummoning of a pet to abuse the AA.

I don't think it matters because you can dismiss your pet and re-summon to reset the cool down.

Duration of shield is 10 seconds, although testing just now seems like it might be 12 sec from the moment the shield appears.

Thats....unexpectingly high lol. Dev's we need info on the damage reduction at 36 please.

At lvl 36 it absorbs up to 1550 damage
