Should I buy mythic rings?

If you want it, you should buy it now, as it will probably be discountinued after the expansion and replaced with a new mythic ring.

Probably not discontinued but found in elite chests at the least.

Stats wise, it will be garbage at lvl41

Yup the blood rings were op at lv 31, ok at lv 36 as the extra health that came from it would have been good for my mage build and at lv 41 it will probably have stats similar to a lv 41 epic ring. I would recommend you to buy it if you're going to twink at lv 36 or buy it before the next expansion( in a month or so) as you can still use it till then.

You really think a L41 epic ring will outplay the blood ruby? I bet not!
Im confident its still competitive at least vs L41 legendaries...
