fairly new to AL. need some advice

Hi everyone. i've been playing Al for several months now but i mostly play lv 8-10 pvp. i tried lvling but i only got to 25 and got bored so i continued low lvl pvp. But now i want to lvl to 36 before the expansion, and i plan on making a new char. my lv 25 is a warrior, but i have tried all classes at 10 and i find rouge to be more fun, so i will make a new rouge at lv 1. if you have any helpful advice on how to lv up the quickest please share it with me.

When should i buy gear? At what lvls.

Every 5 lvls so:

Buy at levels 16, 21, 26, 31, 36

Pro tip: I recommend you buy Dimensional gear, yes it's the cheapest, only a few hundred gold, but it still great, better than nothing. That way you save the rest of your gold for endgame gear.

I personally love leveling! I bought the week-long XP elixir and leveled up from early 20s to 36 in less than a week. I leveled with PUGs at Kraag Tombs and (primarily) Shuyal. I heard that Watcher's Tombs is also a good place to level. I think double xp weekend is coming up soon. Good luck!
