Just report his name to sts so that they could ban him or give a reasonable punishment for him not to be able to scam/hack other players too.

Actually if ur email is changed now,don't use it anymore because it's his email and he can get back anytime better if ur email is changed just create new one or else if it is not changed go back to ur email such as Gmail or yahoo and just verify the settings like Secondary email and the phone number so that he might not get it back again
He feels bad so he gave you back your account. He doesn't feel bad enough because he took everything. I hope you may get everything back eventually!
Use Google log in. You can register exclusive devices that can use that gmail in the settings menu.
Twice now I have been alerted of someone trying to use my gmail. Both failed, and I changed my password after each attempt. Unless they use one of your registered devices they will likely fail.
