[URGENT] Gift cards !
Hey guys Quarez again,
I just bought 2 Google Gift Cards for 75 euros (I am french) but I discovered I could not use them in game to buy plats ! They are already in my Google account and I am becoming nervous since I did not found answers on the web ! Btw Google Wallet is only available in the US !
What can I do ???

You can call google, explain your situation and ask them to refund you your money as long as you haven't spent any of the gift cards. However, if you're looking for a way to purchase platinum in that situation - you will not be able to.

I have seen thread on this forum about people saying they bought plats with Gift Cards. It seems actually possible...
Ask for a refund. They should grant you one, as long as you haven't bought anything with them.

You can but it needs to be a Visa or Mastercard gift card where you are able to use anywhere.

Did you get Google PLAY cards? If not, then I don't think you can get platinum from them. Google play cards are for app purchases or in app purchases (like platinum).

You should be able to use google play cards from an android device just fine. You are using an android device correct?

Well now I am sure I can but they are already in my Google Account. When I chose to buy plats, it say "add a credit card" and "add a Google Play Card". But they are actually linked to my Google account so what to do ?

Well I think I have found the main problem: the Google account linked to my mail account in game is not the one where I got 75 €. Trying to link the game to the right Google account. I keep you in touch

Yeah just link the account create a toon ingame and buy the plats, that would do fine no?
