I have a level 50 bear with gear mediocre gear and I'm having a great time hunting snowballs for the long quest. I can still get killed and tanking in the caves is very different than the "Go stand in the corner & pull. It's 'strategic'!" of AOx.

I find group survival depends on the squishees staying behind the bears. I try to time my mob moving skills to keep the aggro zone in the front and depend on their heals. The interesting part is that I've done the same thing on boards long enough to really notice a difference in the other players. A good level 28 Mage or bird, gets us killed far less often than an adventuresome level 50 that goes on an adventure and brings 4 more aoe & combo lucky big yetis into the melée.

Unless there's enough fire power to own it, low level groups are safer in there. On all the other boards it seems that the bear is just baggage until being slighty useful for boss stunning and moving. In FN I feel like I'm tanking the whole time.
