Now your email will get spammed and your account is more at risk. Please change your email, password, and contact support next time.

Just email support, let them do their thing and please be sure you can prove that it's your account (character names, guilds their in, ect) main thing is to keep calm and don't stress about it.

Follow this:
1. Click here
2a. if you have a facebook account log in with facebook.
2b. if you have twitter account log in with twitter.
If you don't have any of these accounts.
3a. then you have to register normally click create a account and enter your email address it will tell you "a message was sent to your email."
4a. go to your email address (yahoo,hotmail,gmail) ecc and a chat logo/hangout similar to this one will pop out. Search for it if you entered a correct email it will arrive.
IF NOT
3b. enter your email address from the appropriate site(hotmail,gmail,yahoo ecc)
4b. send a email indicating what exactly happened with attached a screenshot of the message that arrived in your inbox saying you changed your AL email address to the support group at : support@spacetimestudios.com
