I found her but she wont talk to me at the moment. So now what do I do?
go the the NPC where u got the guest form and speak to them again and then go directly to forest Haven to finish the quest and dont stop anywhere. This usually clears it up.

cant rememberits been ages for me since i did it
been back to him but she still doesn't feel like talking. If it was him that gave me the quest it looks like a game breaking bug.
You receive the quest from the person INSIDE wyldwood, if you go into wyldwood and turn right then left and then I think another right there will be a pile of bones.
Talk to those bones and get the quest to talk to his wife, then go to forest haven and talk to Leeha to complete the quest (leeha is near Elly the potions/magic npc)
