Dragkin Teeth currently have a chance to drop from normal bosses in the new expansion, once Elites come online they will have a higher chance to drop from Elite bosses compared to normal

No, only the Arcane Shard and some additional Blood, Glacial, and Fire essences are required

First of all, level 36 gear gives abt 41(without gems) to primary stat. From comparison with lvl 31 gear, I can say that level 51 legendary gear will give 56 to primary stat and about 30 to another 1 stat and maybe 3.0 damage. This ring, is giving 73 to primary stat, 43 to both other stats, 5.7 damage, 170 armour and a chance to heal 2% mana on attck (which admittedly is beneficial only to rouges).

If the lvl 51 legendary gear is as strong as this then I will gift you 10 of these rings.
