Macros in pl pc

When pl comes out on pc, they would own the guys with the phones cus they can make a macro to cast all the buffs and all the attacks. Will also cause a huge amount of lag if like 10 ppl all use it at the same time in pvp. So it seems inevitable for STS so add a global cooldown to spells.
