Expedition Camp is LOCKED?

Why is the Expedition camp locked?
As far as I know, I have complete every map location so far.

What did I miss?

Thank you for your answer. I don't play Arcane Legends for a long time, so I'm lost with the new maps. Do I need to check any Mail Box in any City? I did it, but nothing happened...

You need to be lvl 34 or 35 (dont remember).
