Where does this vanity drop? I've killed around 11 leprechoblins and they dropped nothing.

My guess is about 1/10 to get one item. You seem a bit on the unlucky side but not out of the zone of possibility yet. I think it looks like a normal clothing item.

I killed about 50, idk exactly but its a lot, and only looted 2. It doesnt rain down There are a lot in cs because of the number of people hunting them
