Hybids

Hi,
I'm playing this game since the first day, and i remember after sometime pvp was full of hybrids.
Dev team changed stats to limit hybrids growth
and now after many months hybrids (pala and str birds) are here again.
Pvp is full of pala and str birds that make 10 kills against traditional chars before dying

So what i don't understand is why we are always in same situation that we had at the beginning.

No one set of builds should overpower. There SHOULD be hybrids in Pvp and everywhere else along with pures, but agreed something is a little off with power.
