Potions?

Can you only get the potions in the plat shop or can you get them with gold from a vender to? And if you can only get them from the plat shop then does it unbalance pvp to the richest person with with the 200% increes dps potion allways wins?

There's a health and mana potion vendor in Forest Haven, "Elle the Enchantress". The stat booting elixers are only available in the plat store, can be bought with platinum OR gold. and yes, people who get lucky and find a really rare expensive item, and successfully sell it for 2 mil are rich, and can buy elixers whenever they feel like it. Except when there are server resets. Within 5 minutes of a server reset, buying elixers is disabled. I have no idea about pvp because I just play PVE! ;p
