Build'n Gear for a lvl 24 Warrior! Help

hello there dear arlorians im about to create an lvl 24 warrior twink. I'd rather do an low level but those are too easy. Any suggestions?

I would suggest lvl21-23 or 25-27.
If you play lvl24 you will end up facing lvl23-25, then you're using irregular gear levels which can be a lvl20tarlok or irregular lvl24 gears.

Tarlok items comes in 10,15,20,25 and so on.
So a lvl24 would choice for irregular legendary lvl24 or a lvl20tarlok. Better go lvl21-23 or 25-27.
